Enquiries

The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type, and a description of your task. I use these details to review your enquiry and reply. Please do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or confidential customer data.

Where the message goes

On the Netlify-hosted website, submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and accessible through my private Netlify dashboard. Email notifications may also deliver a copy to my inbox. The website does not publish submissions or save a draft in your browser’s local storage.

Retention and requests

I aim to delete enquiries that do not become active projects within 90 days. For an accepted project, we will agree what information is needed and for how long. To request access, correction, or deletion, email Sunny.flowops@gmail.com.

Service providers

Netlify processes form submissions and technical request data to host and protect the website. GitHub links take you to GitHub. The site retains its original Grok platform script, which may make requests to Grok. These providers have their own privacy practices.

Case studies and marketing

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. A free project application does not give permission to publish your name, information, or work. I will ask separately before sharing a case study.
